The first step in making a new load is to enter the Pre-Load Details. Each load requires a unique Load Ref to identify the load. You can also enter container details and sailing details immediately or at a later date when known.
Items are added to the load either by entering the UN Number or selecting from the drop-down list of substance names.

As soon as an item is added the whole load is validated immediately. Any problems are instantly flagged for class, subsidiary risk and chemical group prohibitions. Investigation of problems is very simple via on-screen explanations and diagnostics, see following examples.
